How much will it cost?

Lease Fee for website

As the exclusive operator of YOUR City Community Portal, your costs are based on your City's Population. Pricing includes web hosting, website maintenance and on-line training.

If your City has a population of 101,000 and up:
$2500 annual lease year one. $5000 annual lease beginning year two.

If your City has a population of 50,000 to 100,000:
$2500 annual lease year one. $3500 annual lease beginning year two.

If your City has a population up to 49,999:
$2500 annual lease

*If you prefer on-site training, we charge our Travel and Expenses plus 10%. **We reserve the right to place up to 5 banner ads on your website. All lease payments after year one subject to change.

Background Check. $50 non-refundable
application fee may be charged.

Applications

Applications are on a first come, first serve basis. If you are chosen to run your City's Community Portal, we will request via e-mail the First Year's Lease payment. Payment must be made within 15 business days of approval. Your website will be up and running approximately 30 days from receipt of the first year's lease payment.

Each year your website will be reviewed for renewal. Inappropriate use of website may result in non-renewal of annual website lease. Lease fee is due 30 days before end of lease.
